With plenty rich lessons on real estate in my area, and our experience in eco-building, we offer structured support to help buyers and sellers of real estate in their project.

​For 25 € per hour, here is a choice of services:
• Help to select neighborhoods according to your expectations,
• Know your property, joint or not: study of the required documents, key info before any transaction,
• Construction work advice: simple renovation or energy rehabilitation, the costs to anticipate,
• Well-being: orientation, energy used, ventilation, calm ... know the effects and what is feasible
Whether upstream, at the beginning of your search, or for the second visit of your « coup de cœur » (this is « love at first sight », you could use a second look !), you can ask for help starting at just 50 €.
